Cancellation Policy:
Customers are required to submit cancellation requests at least 10 days prior to the scheduled commencement of their training or course. Cancellations made within 10 days of the start date are not eligible for refunds. Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 7 to 15 working days after the cancellation request is received.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are subject to the type of training package purchased and will be issued after deducting administrative fees and any non-refundable expenses incurred by CAREERCRUISE EVENTS.
Refund Process:
Customers must formally submit a cancellation request to CAREERCRUISE EVENTS. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, minus any applicable bank fees. In case of failure of submission of the request CAREERCRUISE EVENTS hold the right to make any deduction or forfeit whole amount of the refund.
Non-Utilization of Services:
CAREERCRUISE EVENTS does not provide refunds for any portion of the training or services not utilized by the customer due to personal reasons.
Major Modifications or Cancellations by SKILLCRAFT INTERNATIONAL:
In the event of major modifications or cancellations initiated by CAREERCRUISE EVENTS, customers will be offered alternatives such as a replacement training session of equal or greater value, if feasible. If no suitable replacement is available, customers may opt for a refund of the fees paid. CAREERCRUISE EVENTS reserves the right to issue a full refund at its discretion in certain circumstances.
Minor Changes:
Minor changes to the training schedule or curriculum may be made by CAREERCRUISE EVENTS. Customers will be notified promptly of such changes, though these modifications do not qualify for refunds.
Force Majeure:
In cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond CAREERCRUISE EVENTS’s control, refund eligibility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
